Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (i.e. mathematics, statistics, finance, accounting) or related area
• 1+ years experience in reporting and analyzing data from web-based transactions & activities
• Advanced proficiency with a variety of office and Web analytics systems (i.e. Google Analytics, MS Access, Excel, etc.); experience with writing SQL queries is a plus
• Team player who is able to collaborate effectively with a diversity of internal & external resources to achieve goals
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; able to develop and use structured approaches to identify root causes and recommend resolutions; can present results in a meaningful terms
• Quantitative ability, including experience gathering and manipulating large volumes of data from multiple sources
• Flexibility, including ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities; capable of operating in an ambiguous environment.
• Project management skills, can manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines
• Demonstrates initiative to contribute recommendations and take actions that improve business performance
